Our workouts typically comprise of a strength component and a conditioning component. The ‘workout of the day, or ‘WODs’ are constantly varied and programmed in advance by head coach James Hunter. Each 8-10 weeks  there is a new focus, from a power movement to olympic lifts, and gymnastic skills. All movements can be adjusted to suit experience level, making this the perfect way to start your fitness journey, or take it to the next level.
Our coaches have diverse fitness experiences, and are all qualified in CrossFit Coaching. Our head coach James has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and is passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals. Find out more about our coaches here.
Our classes run Monday-Saturday, and each class runs for 45-60 mins. We encourage you to come in a bit earlier for a chat, or stay afterwards to cool down and stretch.

Saturday AM classes are our community-building partner WODs! Bring a friend (or find one on the day), and share the reps to build teamwork skills and a little healthy competition. 🙂
